05 Oct Better Late Than Never: Asco releases first-ever body of work and visuals for ‘Intro’
Better Late Than Never -- Asco’s highly-anticipated debut project is here.
The Mashtown rapper’s extravagant brand of rap has seen him tap into his old fan-base and gain new ones in 2018. The release of ‘So Litt’ back in April piled up huge online numbers and saw him shell down the track live as a guest at shows, including K Trap’s.
‘London’s Calling’, alongside Skrapz, AJ Tracey, Loski and Avelino also helped to grow his stature. In the run-up to Better Late Than Never, we saw ‘Cheque’, alongside Loski, ‘Goin In (feat. H The Great)’ and ‘Pink Notes’, the latter of which can be watched here. On top of that, Asco was nominated for Best Breakthrough at this year’s GRM Daily Rated Awards.
Having been a member of East London rap collective, Mashtown, rising to prominence alongside the likes of Margs at the turn of the decade, Asco have adapted his flow to the modern era with ease and continues his ascent only continues on Better Late Than Never.
