Can’t Stop Clocks – When it comes to music videos, Mist usually pulls out all the stops and that much is true once again in his latest release.
The 2017 MOBO winner has released his first new single of 2019, a new hip-hop drop-off that sees Mist use a magic watch to stop time throughout, with renown video director Daps bringing the track to life.
Drake recently brought out Mist at the Resorts World Arena in Birmingham as part of his ‘Assassination Vacation’ tour, where he also brought out Dave and Fredo during the Manchester leg.

The video sees Mist wriggle out of a number of sticky situations by flashing a super-charged Rolex watch each time, breaking free from police officers, a gun man and an angry boyfriend wondering why Mist hiding in a wardrobe at his girlfriend’s house.
Before ‘Can’t Stop Clocks’, the Catalyst artist dropped a ‘Zeze’ freestyle over Tyga and Swae Lee’s viral instrumental, which has seen been watched over 10 million times since its release back in October 2018. A few months before that, Mist charted at #4 in the album chart with Diamond in the Dirt.
