01 May 2020 Football Manager 2020 Newcastle team guide: Transfer budget, building blocks, best young players & who to sell
Football Manager 2020 Newcastle – With rich new owners potentially on the horizon, the Toon Army could become ‘the next Man City’ and become the Premier League’s next super-rich team.
However, in FM20, you will have to make do with the squad they currently have, which includes a front three which cost more than £70m in Joelinton, Allan Saint-Maximin and Miguel Almiron, as well as a few decent players elsewhere. Are you the manager to end Newcastle’s 65-year trophy drought?

Saint-Maximin is one of Newcastle’s best players at the club, fitting the description of an impact player ready to lead the team now and someone who could still improve a lot in future.
The former Nice left winger brings with him bags of pace and flair to St James’ Park and with six league goals under his belt during his last full campaign in Ligue 1, he is also someone who you can expect to add goals to your side in FM20 throughout the years.
